Wonderful stay!

Check-in and check-out were simple. The hotel is a short walk from the train station. I found my room spacious and the amenities were clean. The breakfast included an excellent selection of food, both in quality and quantity! The coffee was very good too, I loved having it every morning.

I did find it inconvenient that there wasn't great lighting for makeup. The staff provided a mobile lighted mirror that worked, but fixed lighting would have been better.

the hotel has a great location. it is close to the train station, so it made getting around easy. the staff was very helpful. the breakfast menu also offered good choices.

the elevator was small. it only fit four people with two pieces of luggage. the hallways felt dark. the lighting only illuminated the room numbers and this was below eye level.

Excellent Hotel with Great Location

I appreciated the convenient location, only a short walk from the train station. A laundry facility nearby was very handy too. The room size was very decent, especially for Japan. The hotel provided good value overall.

The room's interior lighting was somewhat dark. It could definitely use improvement. I also found the lack of an onsite laundry inconvenient. A laundromat is a 5-minute walk, but its cleanliness is questionable.

The room included comfortable linens, pillows, and a mattress. The decor was tastefully done and spacious. The room had excellent features like lighting controls and a Nespresso machine. It was an excellent room overall.

The buffet breakfast provided a tasty mix of Western and Japanese styles. The options were numerous and varied. Dinner in the restaurant was AMAZING!!! The food was delicious and the service was perfect.

The front desk staff were helpful and very professional. The staff spoke perfect English. The hotel staff were very nice, though sometimes understanding an English accent was slightly challenging. They were well-prepared for tourists.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the main train and subway station. A shopping mall is also nearby. The hotel is nested in a quiet area. This is an easy walking distance, even with luggage.
