The hotel is just off the main street, a great location. The staff was cute and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The front desk provided umbrellas for use during the day (very helpful when it rained).

The breakfast lacked some variety. Items that ran out were not always replaced.

the hotel's location was convenient. it was close to many shops and restaurants.

the breakfast was really disappointing. the variety was limited, and several items ran out quickly. clearing my own table after breakfast felt out of place for a hotel of this supposed caliber. also, there was an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom pipes.

the hotel is in a great location near the river and public transport. our room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. they had coin laundry machines which was convenient.

the bathroom lighting in the room was not very bright. we booked a beautiful room but it felt a little small. (it was hard to find space for luggage)

the location was very central. it was close to sanjo station. i found several restaurants and convenience stores in the neighborhood. the french bakery located next to the hotel was a nice addition.

I encountered an issue with a staff member. His behavior was unacceptable. he seemed reluctant to provide a second bottle of water when i requested one. he thrusted it into my hand, which i found impolite.
