The hotel is close to Namba Station. Numerous shopping malls and restaurants surround it. I also found the bed comfortable.

The room had limited space and reduced circulation. This made it a bit challenging.

The hotel asked extra payment for tax at check-in. The coffee cups were not washed. The bathroom got cleaned every day. The rest of the room, only twice.

The family twin room a had a practical design, perfect for families. it included two washing basins. One was in the bathroom and another in the common area. this allowed two people to brush their teeth or wash hands simultaneously. the hotel's proximity to the train station and the dotonbori area made getting around easy.

i found that the room cleaning was not done on a daily basis, a slight inconvenience.

the hotel breakfast had a good variety each day. the food counters were cleared by 9:45 am, and guests had to leave the cafeteria by 10 am (even if still eating).

The location was amazing because Namba station was so close. I found a modern, stylish look throughout the hotel. Traditional Japanese breakfast and Western options were available!
