a decent stay

easy access underground shopping family room small reception impersonal staff strict instructions

Namba station was very close. It had many underground shopping options. dotonbori and shinsaibashi were within walking distance. the family room suited our family of two adults and two teens well. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds.

The reception area was small, so it felt crowded during check-in. i felt the staff service lacked a personal touch. the room had clear instructions against putting leftover food in the bin. I also learned disposing of luggage incurs charges.

The location was amazing because Namba station was so close. I found a modern, stylish look throughout the hotel. Traditional Japanese breakfast and Western options were available!
