The hotel is just outside the train station. a 24-hour convenience store is located in the hotel itself. there are various shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. a family mart is in the same building. A lawson is in the next hotel.

i booked a non-smoking room, but the bathroom smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. this was so bad i could not enter the bathroom without coughing. hallway music was played while people were trying to sleep.

The hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport, an INVALUABLE service especially with luggage. A Family Mart is conveniently located in the building, perfect for quick snacks and necessities. The proximity to the train station allows easy access to both the airport and Osaka city center. I found luggage storage available with a scale for pre-flight weight checks, a very thoughtful touch.

The air conditioning did not seem to fully function in my room, I found that it resulted in a somewhat warmer than desired sleeping environment, though bearable.

The staff helped me a lot with check-in after my long flight with my toddler. They also helped me book the free airport shuttle. I also liked that there was always staff available in the lobby to assist me. The location was great for needing to be close to the airport. It was also right near the train station. A free shuttle bus took you to the airport.

The carpet showed some wear.

Excellent Airport Hotel!

I initially questioned my decision to switch hotels so close to my flight. The room was spacious, significantly larger than those in city hotels. The bed was very comfortable. Check-in and check-out were quick. This service runs promptly every 15 minutes. Two convenience stores are located nearby (very handy for late-night snacks!).

I found some dust on the ceiling of my room, so that detail could be improved.
