I appreciated the convenient location. It's just one stop from kansai international airport, it made travel so easy! the room was spacious, and i loved the view from the 21st floor, overlooking osaka bay. i found the free airport shuttle service very helpful. it certainly reduced any stress related to airport transportation.

upon entering my room, i noticed a strange smell. the bathroom cleanliness wasn't up to expectations. it's something i hope they address to improve the experience.
