I appreciated the onsen after long days. It was such a relaxing way to unwind. the location was also great. It was close to the metro, so getting around was easy. we loved that the bed had 2 pillows per person. It was a nice treat after traveling.

The room was not cleaned as expected, and communication about this was unclear. they said they were eco-friendly, so they didn't clean rooms automatically but our trash was never emptied. Also we kept receiving new towels daily, which seemed wasteful.

The room had clean towels and extra water bottles. the interior design featured a cool, modern japanese aesthetic, including timber sculptures in the reception area. the beds were very comfortable. The room was spacious and clean.

the hotel breakfast offered a wide choice of main dishes! the breakfast included tasty fish, takoyaki, and gyoza. there were lovely desserts with matcha. modern music always played in the dining area.
