Check-in was quick and seamless. The laundry service returned items the same day. It was not the cheapest, but represented reasonable value for the quality. Breakfast included a wonderful Japanese seven-dish feast. Pastries were available. Hygiene standards was immaculate throughout.

The location is somewhat far from main attractions.

The rooms had ample storage. beds were soft and comfortable. basic amenities were provided. The staff was nice. they helped book a transfer to kansai international airport. the lounge was gorgeous! the breakfast restaurant offered delicious options.

the customer service in the lounge was not great. while the food was excellent, it arrived at disjointed times. we waited 40 minutes for the rest of our order. no one came to check on us, and there was no apology.

The laundry service was efficient. I received my clothes back on the same day. breakfast featured a wonderful japanese set menu with several dishes. immaculate hygiene standards were evident throughout the hotel, and in-room facilities were great! security measures were also good!

the location wasn't ideal. i found myself walking a lot to reach different parts of the city from here.

the room had a nice design. it offered ample space for luggage, something i always appreciate, and the beds were really comfortable after a long day, though the bathroom was small. the city view from the window was nice.

The staff was friendly and professional. the bar on the 2nd floor was cute, and the bartenders made great cocktails though service in the lounge was a little slow. i appreciated the availability of an in-hotel laundry room. That's a valuable amenity.
