I received a better room. It included a desk. The shuttle service to the station was convenient. The concierge loaned me a charging cable when mine broke. The hotel features a variety of restaurants. This was very helpful.

The cost to use the gym was about 50 euros per person. I felt the rooms were not worthy of a five-star hotel. This was definitely the worst hotel on my trip. Breakfast was much better at the Conrad Hotel ten minutes away.

The room was spacious and very clean. It included two separate sinks. The bathroom also had a rainfall shower. I found the beds very comfortable. I slept well.

the staff were amazingly helpful, always ready to assist. a free shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes to the train station. i found the outside view quite nice because the hotel sits at the river side.

i thought the lounge foyer area needed more cute with lounge and seating.

the hotel has a good location in a nice neighbourhood, near several metro stations. free transfer services run from hotel to the train stop. it was right next door to the convention center.

The rooms are big and upscale. Rooms have been newly renovated. each room had amenities like a hair dryer, iron, shower caps, tooth brushes and facial creams. beds were very comfortable.

this hotel has shuttle to osaka station. the service runs frequently and is very convenient. staff even walked me to find a restaurant still serving food at 8:15 pm. i was directed to a 7-eleven store in the same building, providing many food options. the hotel is nicely decorated with a touch of extravagance.
