unresembled photographs warm water

the location was acceptable, with easy access to nearby attractions.

The room i received did not resemble the photographs i saw online (which was disappointing). it felt more like a two-star hotel than a four-star one. furthermore, the complimentary water provided was warm. The hotel did not even put water in the room.
