I found the room not as clean as expected. There was dust, and the kettle inside was dirty. i even requested that the kettle be cleaned, which should have been done initially. this.

i found the hotel conveniently located near transportation. watanabebashi train station was a short walk. the hotel's shuttle to the train station was a definite plus.

The hotel provided fresh water bottles daily, a nice touch. the air conditioning worked well even when i was out. i appreciated the rooftop public bath. It was a very relaxing experience. the executive lounge was a good place for a quick drink and a snack.

helpful staff really good assistance musty smell dust existence

the front desk staff was very helpful. one staff member, miss kinoshita , confidently assisted me with some travel inquiries. other staff weighed my luggage and helped me get a taxi when it was raining.

i found a musty smell in my room . it improved slightly after i reported it , but it did not completely disappear. i also saw some dust , and it seemed like cleaning could have been more thorough.

poor breakfast selection small room size

i found the breakfast disappointing, it really lacked variety. the food wasn't very appealing to me. another issue was the size of the room, particularly considering the price i paid. i felt the space was too small for the amount i spent and it didn't quite meet my expectations in terms of value.

public transport bus service river view breakfast buffet unhelpful staff frosted windows natural light

the location had excellent access to public transport. there were bus services and the station was nearby. my room on the 13th floor included a river view and access to the spa area. the breakfast buffet contained japanese dishes and western-style options.

during my stay, the staff was not helpful upon check-in. i found any room on the west side included frosted windows. this meant the room had little natural light and did not match the description.
