I appreciated the short walk to the train station. It was very convenient. The area has several convenience stores like 7-Eleven and Lawson just across the street. The room had a fantastic shower. I have rarely experienced something like it (it was really refreshing).
The hotel does not have a dedicated smoking area. I had to walk some distance to find a public smoking space, inconvenient.

There are several cafes and eateries located in the area surrounding the hotel, providing various dining options. While breakfast was not included, the availability of nearby options offered flexibility. Prices in those locations are fairly acceptable.
