My room was quite spacious, it had two beds and ample space for my belongings. the bathroom was a good size. the location proved convenient. Underground walkways offered easy access to the station. i especially enjoyed the public bath after long days.
The check-in process was slightly cumbersome, relying on a machine interface which felt less intuitive than i expected. the room, while spacious, lacked dedicated storage. My clothes remained largely in my luggage.

great location, i am so happy with my stay!

the hotel is near herbis terminal. i took the limousine bus from the airport. it took me directly to the hotel. the room was larger, about 25 m squared. the hotel offers happy hour with free food and drinks from 5 to 7pm.
the bathroom had a weird smell when i check in the room. the smell similar moldy. the hotel is not close to the train station. there aren't a lot of things nearby

The twin room we booked was surprisingly spacious. Two medium luggages fit easily, a good surprise. the amenities included kose products, coffee drip bags, and free lounge treats. These thoughtful touches enhanced my stay greatly. the airport shuttle pick-up was just around the corner and it saved us from navigating crowded train stations. This convenience simplified our travel considerably.
The check-in process was not smooth. The machine interface was clunky and entering information on the small touchscreen was frustrating. there was no storage space in the room. Our clothes remained in our luggage .

staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, they always greeted me with a smile. i felt very welcomed, and requests were handled promptly and efficiently. the level of attention enhanced my experience.
