Excellent Central Location

subway station luggage assistance breakfast variety efficient staff

The hotel is close to Dotonbori, shopping areas, and restaurants. Namba subway and rail stations are a short walk away, this made traveling very easy. The staff assisted efficiently with luggage storage and transfer to my next hotel. The breakfast buffet provided a great variety of western and Japanese options and all was delicious.

Street noise was noticeable due to the busy road outside. This did affect sleep quality slightly.

Toiletries such as toothbrushes and washcloths were available in the open lobby. Luggage storage was easily accessible after check-out on the ground floor. The hotel also accepts and sends luggage adding much convenience.

My room had comfy pajamas and air conditioning. The bathroom featured a slip-proof floor. Complimentary water was available in an aluminum container. The bath was spacious and a fine view of the city was enjoyed.

The hotel is right in the center of everything. The location is near Ebisubashi Bridge and close to Dotonbori. Namba station provides easy access to Kansai Airport and the rest of the city.

the hotel is located very close to the main attractions. the breakfast buffet included diverse options. i sent my luggage to the airport using their convenient service. the meetup room offered a relaxing space from 3pm to 8pm.

The street traffic was loud, even on the top floor.

the location was pretty good , close to everything i wanted to see.

i'm pretty sure i aged about five years because of the lack of sleep.

baggage storage luggage forwarding dyson hairdryer nespresso machine

The hotel has easy check-in, and I appreciate the availability of baggage storage for early arrivals. Luggage forwarding service was efficient. The room included pyjamas, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath salts, and a moisturiser set. I also found a dyson hairdryer, tea and coffee (including decaf), and a nespresso machine.

I found the pillows very firm.

central stay

good shower professional staff central location

the shower had really good water pressure. the staff was very professional and friendly (i especially appreciated their help with directions). the hotel's central location made it easy to walk to dotonburi and shinshaibashi.

the elevators had long wait times. this was noticeable even with four elevators available.

the hotel is a block away from the river. it is also a few steps from the vibrant dotonbori area, which has many restaurants and shops. namba station is about a six-minute walk.

the hotel has a lounge with unlimited food and drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. there is also a coffee machine in the lobby that guests can use at any time (a really nice touch!). there is no on-site laundry.

my room was clean and spacious (especially for a japanese hotel). it had black-out curtains, which i appreciated. the hotel supplied magnesium salts for the bath, a bonus. each floor also has an ice machine and filtered water.
