The hotel has easy check-in, and I appreciate the availability of baggage storage for early arrivals. Luggage forwarding service was efficient. The room included pyjamas, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath salts, and a moisturiser set. I also found a dyson hairdryer, tea and coffee (including decaf), and a nespresso machine.

I found the pillows very firm.

the shower had really good water pressure. the staff was very professional and friendly (i especially appreciated their help with directions). the hotel's central location made it easy to walk to dotonburi and shinshaibashi.

the hotel is a block away from the river. it is also a few steps from the vibrant dotonbori area, which has many restaurants and shops. namba station is about a six-minute walk.

the hotel has a lounge with unlimited food and drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. there is also a coffee machine in the lobby that guests can use at any time (a really nice touch!). there is no on-site laundry.

my room was clean and spacious (especially for a japanese hotel). it had black-out curtains, which i appreciated. the hotel supplied magnesium salts for the bath, a bonus. each floor also has an ice machine and filtered water.
