Fantastic Stay Experience

The in-room toiletry kits were a great touch and easy to use. Check-in was very quick, which I found convenient after traveling. The locker storage was amazing and provided plenty of space for my belongings. I also received fresh towels daily, even when I had the 'do not disturb' sign displayed.
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could occasionally hear noise from the hallway.

The hotel's location IS convenient near public transport, restaurants, and shopping. I found the rooftop sky spa and onsen luxurious and relaxing. The hotel provided high-quality toiletries and robes, too. The staff was courteous making check-in efficient.
The standard didn't quite meet THE price. The carpets in the corridor seemed old.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of Japanese dishes. I especially liked the tamago egg and the scrambled eggs. The buffet area did get crowded sometimes, with many guests and staff using the same space.

Mediocre stay near Dotonbori
stale bread
I found a HAIR on the bathroom wall, not ideal. I often waited several minutes to go up or down. Breakfast was underwhelming. The coffee tasted watered down and the bread was stale. The lack of nearby metro access added extra walking time to my daily commute. It was a 10-minute walk each way. All in all, this.

the rooftop onsen was so fabulous i loved it the breakfast had a very diverse selection it was one of the best i have ever seen the staff were very helpful and nice my bedroom was large with a fridge and free water
