The hotel offers a complimentary welcome drink daily. I really liked the on-site onsen. Pajamas, slides, and a bag for towels are provided in the room. There is a lounge with massage chairs. I also appreciated the balconies and the refrigerator in the room.

The free on-site self-service laundry was not great. The machines are small. I think that they don't wash or dry effectively.

The hotel offers a breakfast spread with a mix of eastern and western options. It was fantastic. The hotel also has a casual bar area for the evenings. This allowed for a relaxing way to wind down after sightseeing.

The hotel's location is very close to the station! it makes travel easy. I liked the complimentary drinks and coffee in the lobby. The onsen was a nice experience after long days of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet featured a wide array of options.
