The staff was helpful, responding quickly to requests. The location allowed easy access to shopping malls and various restaurants. The tour recommendations from the reception were valuable , helping me book a private tour. An interpreter application aided in communication.

ideal location subway access helpful concierge

the location was ideal. i found easy access to two different subway lines. it was near wangfujing and also near the forbidden city (i visited both). the concierge was helpful, giving clear directions to routes and places.

the breakfast was mediocre. i noticed a large buffet, but the quality was lacking. i chose to have breakfast outside the hotel during my remaining mornings.

musty room ill-fitting curtains

the location was good as it was close to attractions and the subway.

i found the room to be quite disappointing. it felt dark and musty. the ill-fitting curtains really made the room look unkempt, it was below my expectations for a hotel of this brand
