Very nice Service and Convenient Location

The free shuttle bus service to and from the airport ran punctually, every twenty minutes, around the clock. Finding the bus from terminal 3 was simple and close. The staff were pleasant and helpful with excellent English skills. My room was upgraded and I found it clean and spacious.

The breakfast was a bit expensive , and the western restaurant did not justify the price.

The breakfast buffet included many options and seemed plentiful , allowing me to start my day with a satisfying meal before heading back to the airport. The Chinese restaurant offered a twenty percent discount for Hilton members.

the wifi was a real problem i couldn't contact my family after arriving. i expected reliable internet access especially considering the cost of the hotel. the takeout breakfast was also disappointing just a couple of buns, an egg, juice, and yogurt. i was hoping for something more substantial or available earlier given the airport location and different flight times.

The hotel provides a free shuttle bus service from the airport to the hotel, which proved very convenient. The food offered in the lounge impressed me. Hotel staff members were professional, friendly, and ready to assist with anything I needed. Proper restaurants are located upstairs with enjoyable food.

I found that the payment for the reservation was processed only in Chinese yen and the hotel did not accept USD cash, inconvenient.

the hotel offers a convenient shuttle bus service to terminal 3. it runs every 20 minutes. my room included soft drinks in the refrigerator and a large tv. the bed was comfortable. leah helped me upgrade my room for free. she was very nice.

the breakfast was only open from 6:30am. the takeout breakfast contained two buns, a boiled egg, an apple juice and a yogurt.

Harry, the assistant director of sales, helped with check-in and advised on local restaurants. yvonne noticed me from a distance and offered help finding a restaurant. She also arranged a taxi, demonstrating excellent service. I felt supported.
