the hotel offers a convenient shuttle bus service to terminal 3. it runs every 20 minutes. my room included soft drinks in the refrigerator and a large tv. the bed was comfortable. leah helped me upgrade my room for free. she was very nice.

the breakfast was only open from 6:30am. the takeout breakfast contained two buns, a boiled egg, an apple juice and a yogurt.

Harry, the assistant director of sales, helped with check-in and advised on local restaurants. yvonne noticed me from a distance and offered help finding a restaurant. She also arranged a taxi, demonstrating excellent service. I felt supported.
