the hotel was a great value for what it cost, it had a very modern feel after a day in colombo. the pool had great views overlooking the city and ocean views, also the breakfast had many international options and local dishes. the staff was very kind, sadhees was very helpful to.

the check in process was slow.

The rooftop pool area features numerous loungers and clear views of the surrounding cityscape. I saw hotel staff maintaining cleanliness. plenty space to relaxation and sunbathe. this is good and provides a visually appealing environment. all is great for a good visit. i enjoy the facilities.

the location offered convenient access many places, and also the street had markets and local shops. i noticed public transport options nearby, it makes travels easy. this positioning is great for experiences the local culture and also access major places.

The staff was attentive. They upgraded my room, and it had a great view of the Lotus Tower. I appreciated being able to check in early and check out late. Plus, I stored my luggage until my evening flight, it was very helpful.

The check-in process took a bit longer than expected.
