Decent Stay in the City

rooftop infinity pool international dishes friendly concierge high floor distant location bathroom leakage

The rooftop infinity pool provided fine views of the city. The breakfast buffet offered a rich mix of international and Sri Lankan dishes. Concierge Sadhees was very friendly, and he were really good too.

The reception and lobby were on the 10th floor. The location was far from main attractions. There was a water patch in the bathroom. Nobody bothered to check it.

great hotel experience

modern feel great value ocean view helpful staff

the hotel was a great value for what it cost, it had a very modern feel after a day in colombo. the pool had great views overlooking the city and ocean views, also the breakfast had many international options and local dishes. the staff was very kind, sadhees was very helpful to.

the check in process was slow.

The rooftop pool area features numerous loungers and clear views of the surrounding cityscape. I saw hotel staff maintaining cleanliness. plenty space to relaxation and sunbathe. this is good and provides a visually appealing environment. all is great for a good visit. i enjoy the facilities.

the location offered convenient access many places, and also the street had markets and local shops. i noticed public transport options nearby, it makes travels easy. this positioning is great for experiences the local culture and also access major places.

the breakfast buffet offered many choices, it was sri lankan, asian and western food options. fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes are there. the dining area was very cleaned, and the service very fast and available.

hotel marketing never sent pictures

the rooftop pool was a plus.

i was asked to partake in a photoshoot for hotel marketing with afternoon tea and cocktails. i thought maybe i would get some discount on my meal or something for this. pictures were never sent.

Excellent City Stay

room upgrade lotus tower view late check-out

The staff was attentive. They upgraded my room, and it had a great view of the Lotus Tower. I appreciated being able to check in early and check out late. Plus, I stored my luggage until my evening flight, it was very helpful.

The check-in process took a bit longer than expected.
