I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Nalaka from housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping my room tidy. The pool staff quickly provided towels and loungers as well. I enjoyed the wide range of breakfast options available. There was something for everyone.

The older AC unit in the room was suboptimal.

I visited Plates Restaurant and it remains a top spot for dinner or lunch. Chamodi and Nethmi were supportive during my meal. They surprised us with a cake to celebrate our anniversary.

The service I experienced was amazing , specifically with the noodle dishes. Rasun, my waiter, suggested the lava cake , and I enjoyed it . The shift managers also gave great service.

The check-in was fast and efficient. I got to my room very quickly. My room had comfortable furniture. Housekeeping kept everything immaculate . The varied dining options impressed me, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

I noticed some minor wear and tear on the bathroom fixtures.

the lagoon restaurant offered superb food. selections were great, especially the seafood combination.

The workers in the parking area are problematic, i think. i found them to be a group of thugs with no skills. it was difficult to resolve any issue with them through friendly conversation. I was very careful.

I stayed in an Executive King Room with lounge access. I enjoyed daily breakfast at the hotel and dined there on some evenings. The staff were warm and friendly, it was like a home away from home. I appreciate the clean room and all it offered .

I noticed occasional noise from external events within the hotel.

The breakfast service was excellent.. Kamal Munasinghe personally checked in on things. Upul welcomed me back with a smile even though I had not been in for a while. Priyantha kept the room super clean each day, maintaining everything to the highest standard.

The air conditioner was not working properly, and the temperature did not go below 24°.
