A pleasant experience

clean beach fantastic service wardrobe space unhelpful reception

We came for a visit in July. The beach was very clean (and spacious). Maduka at The Palms was fantastic with the service he provided. He recommended dishes and specialties of the hotel that I did not know. I appreciated his help.

The hotel room could use some more wardrobe space. We had no water available on the last day so we could not shower. I called reception, but they were not very helpful (unfortunately).
