I must say, the roads leading to the hotel were quite an adventure. It seemed like an obstacle course, not a relaxing drive. Once there, the service left much to be desired. Staff seemed overwhelmed. They didn't seem to grasp the basics of customer service, a letdown.

the breakfast buffet included many choices I saw fresh fruit and local pastries. the hotel features a well maintained garden I noticed many colorful flowers. the staff at the front desk was quick to assist with my check in they were professional. the room had a balcony with furniture it was great for enjoying the view.

the road leading to the hotel was a bit narrow I did experience some traffic.

the front desk staff was very attentive to requests I made. the restaurant staff worked hard to keep the buffet stocked. there was always someone available to help with luggage and directions.

i found the location quite excellent with its hilltop setting. the views were expansive and offered a great perspective of the surrounding area. i appreciated the beautifully maintained garden with friendly staff particularly yoga and udaya who enhanced my visit with nice photos. the availability of well-appointed rooms and spacious designs added to my stay making it comfortable and relaxing. i was pleased with the restaurant service provided by chamil who was very attentive and friendly.

i noticed the roads leading to the hotel required significant navigation which was a slight inconvenience.

The hotel is positioned perfectly on a hill surrounded by lots of green mountains. Roads lead to it, but they are narrow. The hotel gives a amazing view. The pool is large, and it is really sunny during the day. I've been taken by Yoga who showed us the hotel. He made sure we saw everything.

The roads to this place were terrible. I hate those roads. The room was old. The hotel grounds were also very dirty because of weather, and that wasn't cleaned properly. I had to walk a long way from the lobby to my room with a kid.
