the retreat had a wonderful array of facilities. i enjoyed two nights there and took advantage of multiple activities! the rooms were well situated and blended into the nature around me. occasional encounters with insects were understandable and never a real issue. the hotel staff were very attentive during check in and throughout the stay.

One of the beds started sagging slightly.

the family villa included ironing equipment, a hairdryer, and some toiletries. the room was large with a sitting area outdoors. the sitting area had a monstrous concrete sofa, part of the wall, very interesting.

The grounds feature a beautiful landscape. The pool area was excellent. The staff were friendly and efficient throughout my stay.

My room did not have shower gel upon arrival. I noticed a damp patch on the bathroom wall. Replenishment of food at the buffet was slow (I saw jelly on the dessert choice).

The hotel has expansive grounds. Carts were available to drive us to our room and help with our bags. The staff worked hard to accommodate our requests. The service staff was really good!!!

One bed started sagging after lying down. The furniture and tiles in the washrooms were cracked. I noticed geckos roaming around the room.

the hotel was very beautifully maintained. the location offered large grounds that overlooked the lake. the staff were friendly and seemed efficient.

the bathroom felt really old. the tub did not seem clean enough. hot water turned ice cold during my shower. there were no qr code or hardcopy menu in the room.
