the pool offered a direct view of the rock. i enjoyed the room's air conditioning. laundry service was both cheap and quick. all public areas looked well appointed.

i noticed some wear in communal areas.

the pool area was acceptable.

The restaurant staff lacked professionalism. i overheard them making disrespectful comments about other guests in sinhala. They probably assumed i did not understand. this behavior was offensive and unprofessional. i hope they receive training on appropriate conduct.

the breakfast had a good selection of food and the dinner was great too. the room was large and quiet. i saw the rock from the pool, which i loved.

the hotel only gave two small bottles of water in the room and did not give free filtered water.
