Acceptable Stay with Noticeable Issues
attentive staffworn roomdifficult sunbeds
The staff demonstrated attentiveness.
The room showed wear and tear. There were scuffs on the walls and plaster needed repair. The beach did not resemble the promotional videos. Finding available sunbeds proved difficult, not great.

Decent Stay, But Some Issues

I encountered a strong musty smell in my room. This was off-putting. The food prices felt very high relative to other dining experiences I had in the country. The pool music was dated and too loud. This negatively impacted the atmosphere.

beautiful beachcomfortable bedgood shower
the beach is very beautiful and easily accessible from the rooms the ocean water was clear and warm i saw that sun beds and towels are provided i noticed a lifeguard was on duty to watch the people. the hotel has large rooms with comfortable beds and good showers the pool and beach areas are well maintained i found the breakfast to have lots of choices every day seemed like a mini jungle safari because of the wildlife i saw.
i observed some insects in the bathroom it seemed unavoidable in a jungle environment.

the charismatic head chef prepared a meal off menu for us since we do not eat fish i noted that 90% of the evening menu featured seafood the restaurant staff was attentive and helpful at all times.

the pool features a unique jungle theme i found the pool to be quite large the room was a short two minute walk to the beach staff maintained the room very clean overall the hotel has great attention to detail.
