the location worked well for seeing the taj mahal.
The staff was not helpful throughout my stay. They seemed rude. they barged into me in the restaurant. being overcharged was unacceptable. They refused to do anything about it.

a good stay!
excellent varietywonderful staffhandy locationmusty smell
the food stood out with an excellent variety at breakfast and dinner. the staff working in food and beverage were wonderful. its handy location offers proximity to the taj mahal.
the air conditioning did not work very well, and there was always a musty smell because of this. for the price, another well-known chain hotel offers higher standards. i had anticipated more.

the reception staff provided efficient check-in and check-out services! the staff were very attentive and helpful. i really felt welcomed, and any requests i made were promptly addressed.

The breakfast buffet had an extensive spread with local and international options. the asian food tasted authentic enough. My tummy was definitely happy. special thanks to mirza at momo cafe for his service.
