solid stay NEAR taj mahal
great location attentive staff
the location is VERY convenient, as it is quite close to the Taj Mahal. Breakfast had MANY options, and the staff at the breakfast restaurant were attentive.

amazing hospitality tasty food
the breakfast buffet impressed me. chef vikram presented dahi jalebi at the table. the staff ensured my needs were met, even at the self-serve breakfast.

attentive service comfortable stay fine entrance
the staff ensured a very comfortable stay. i especially appreciated the extra care from the chef. i enjoyed the fine entrance, reception, and dining area. the poolside area was also very well kept.

the hotel is located within walking distance of the metro station. this station provides convenient access to tourist attractions. visiting the agra fort and taj mahal was easy using this transport option.

the rooms feature air conditioning and strong wifi. i was upgraded to a larger room with a luxury bathroom. a walk-in wardrobe was a great addition (such features are always a bonus!).

underwhelming experience
rude staff unacceptable overcharge
the location worked well for seeing the taj mahal.
The staff was not helpful throughout my stay. They seemed rude. they barged into me in the restaurant. being overcharged was unacceptable. They refused to do anything about it.

a good stay!
excellent variety wonderful staff handy location
the food stood out with an excellent variety at breakfast and dinner. the staff working in food and beverage were wonderful. its handy location offers proximity to the taj mahal.
the air conditioning did not work very well, and there was always a musty smell because of this. for the price, another well-known chain hotel offers higher standards. i had anticipated more.

the reception staff provided efficient check-in and check-out services! the staff were very attentive and helpful. i really felt welcomed, and any requests i made were promptly addressed.
