excellent family stay

the staff was amazing throughout the stay. everyone were great too. the hotel was well kept up and the shower space was very nice. warm cashews with chili and garlic were served by the pool. (a nice touch).

Very nice Wildlife Views and Luxury!

Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel staff was helpful. We saw elephants, monkeys, cows, and lizards right around the hotel. I enjoyed the very large pool with warm water and its convenient bar.

large pool breakfast choices robotic staff water damage

The pool is quite large. It provided a good place for relaxation. Breakfast was good. It featured many choices.

The customer service lacked warmth. The staff seemed robotic instead of friendly. My room showed signs of water damage. Some electrical sockets were faulty.

Acceptable but Tired Lodging

broken sunbeds unpleasant smell

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options perhaps too many.

The hotel seemed worn I noticed several broken sun beds around the pool area. My room lacked hand towels which seems like a basic requirement for any hotel. The smell outside was also unpleasant similar to stagnant water.
