The hotel had well kept grounds. The buffet included a large variety of dishes. I also saw a traditional marriage ceremony during a morning walk. The pool area offered tranquility.
I found it hard to communicate well at check-in. I had to work to agree on a closer room. No senior staff helped.

Satisfying Riverside Stay

I found the room spacious and clean. The air conditioning worked effectively (maintaining a consistent temperature). I used the laundry service. My clothes returned promptly and in great condition. The hotel arranged transport easily and the driver arrived on time.
The gym equipment showed signs of wear.

The breakfast buffet features a wide variety of options, including both local and international dishes. I especially liked the egg stationwith customized omelets on request. Fresh fruit and juices were also available each morning.

The hotel has direct access to the riverfront, it is a great spot for a walk. The hotel is slightly removed from the city center. It gives a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Taxis are easily accessible from the hotel entrance.

The pool area includes a large swimming pool with separate sections for adults and children. There are several sun loungers and umbrellas surrounding the pool. The on-site spa provides a range of treatments (I booked a massage and it was very relaxing).
