poor ventilation noisy air conditioning
The hotel grounds were extensive with a beautiful swimming pool conveniently located next to the dining area
The bathroom lacked ventilation and was stiflingly hot I found this uncomfortable The air conditioning was also quite noisy during the night , made it hard to sleep well I think that needs improvement

amazing experience!
safari team penny cost elephant family real dedication
i loved the in-house safari team it was worth every penny the knowledge they shared about the park allowed us to avoid the many other jeeps we spotted elephants at a watering hole all by ourselves we left the park last after viewing peacocks mongoose eagles and kingfishers i cannot describe how great it was. the team showed real dedication. the memory will last forever.
the minibar checking process depends on housekeeping and mistakes can occur. i think confirmation in person would ensure accuracy and fairness.

the staff was attentive and helpful with arranging tours the butler provided excellent service organizing everything we needed and making the stay enjoyable i appreciate the attention to detail i witnessed it every day.

the breakfast buffet had a large selection of delicious dishes that staff regularly checked and refilled the omelets were delicious i ate them every morning as i liked them a lot i have rarely seen such attention to detail.

the hotel location is scenic on the edge of a lake offering a tranquil environment to relax and enjoy the nature i had a beautiful stay because of this aspect everything looked so scenic to me during the whole week.

The grounds included a large pool with ample seating. The beautiful king partial lake view room had comfortable beds. Three restaurants offered variety for meals.
The door handles seemed a LITTLE low.
