the architecture blends beautifully with nature. every detail shows the care taken to preserve the environment. the views from the room are marvelous, like paintings come to life. i enjoyed the monkeys visiting my balcony, such joyful creatures.
the wifi signal was weak, difficult to stay connected.

the warm, attentive service started right upon arrival. the food was amazing!!! i especially enjoyed the hoppers, perhaps the best i had. watching monkeys play and birds swoop down from my terrace was nice. i enjoyed playing carrom on the terrace and sipping arrack while listening to the evening piper.
during check-in, there was a 35-minute delay, a bit frustrating after a long journey. the tv in my suite room felt awkwardly positioned. it made comfortable viewing from the bed a challenge.

The hotel includes three swimming pools. One on the seventh floor features a unique colour. the gym contains three treadmills and two stationary bikes for guest use. there are several areas dedicated to photo opportunities.

Really good Experience, A Detailed Review

The dinner buffet impressed me with its variety. I found many dishes, including fresh seafood and Asian options. The sushi station offered fresh rolls and sashimi. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). I liked the fresh and tasty pancakes.
The hotel is a little tired. This did not significantly detract from my enjoyable stay. I found my room was quite large, and I appreciated watching the monkeys outside the window.

The pools provided a way to cool off, though I did wonder what the monkeys were up to nearby.
Check-in dragged on far too long. I waited almost an hour for keys, even arriving two hours after the stated time. The room lacked towels. It took ages for those to arrive as well. I nearly used the curtains.
