charmed by the coastal charm
beach location staff attentiveness warm welcome
the location next to the beach really makes the hotel special. the staff showed attentiveness and warmth (madumali, hiranya, roshan, lakmal, pasindu, and hashan deserve special recognition).
i found that the variety in the dinner and breakfast buffets was limited. some items also seemed to lack flavor on occasion. i expected a bit more diversity and consistent quality in the food.

the superior double or twin room had a sea view and was spacious. it was modern and clean, equipped with the comforts i needed. housekeeping did a fine job keeping things super clean.

i found the staff displayed warmth and attentiveness. every request was handled promptly with a smile (the team remembered my name). special kudos to chalani perera, the senior guest relations coordinator, for her excellent service.

the hotel features a beautiful location right by the beach. there is a nice swimming pool (my kids enjoyed it a lot). the hotel created a relaxing and super calm place.

Wonderful stay with great service
large pool attentive staff relaxing stay
i enjoyed the large swimming pool near the beach. the staff was attentive, particularly during breakfast. i was also grateful for the well kept room that contributed to a relaxing stay. the hotel provided a beautiful setting for a nice vacation.
i found that the walk to my room was a bit long, slightly inconvenient after a long day of activities. while the room itself was great, the distance was noticeable. it would be nice if rooms were closer to the main areas.

the pool area offers ample space for sunbathing. there is a lot of room around the swimming pool, with comfortable loungers and shaded sections. i noticed a well-kept garden, which adds to the overall appeal and tranquility.

the hotel had a beautiful beachfront location. i enjoyed the spacious room with its modern amenities. the staff provided great service throughout my stay. the breakfast buffet featured a good variety of options.
the wifi signal was occasionally weak in certain areas of the hotel.

The staff at the reception was efficient with check-in procedures. They explained all hotel facilities clearly. the housekeeping service was prompt. i requested extra towels. They arrived within minutes.
