attentive staff clean room nice pool
i stayed at a COOL room. it was very clean. the housekeeping staff kept it very well. it was thoughtful and attentive. The pool was nice. The coffee bar was GREAT.

Stylish stay with rooftop delights!
comfy bed clean room great view rooftop pool
I stayed for four nights and loved the stylish, clean standard king room. It included a very comfy king size bed, a clean bathroom and great amenities. the room had a good view of the lotus tower and surrounding area. the rooftop pool area had many loungers and a shaded area, just perfect! the staff were attentive.

the rooftop has a bar and pool, giving excellent options for relaxation and entertainment. i noticed the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. these amenities are well-kept and easily accessible for all guests.

The breakfast buffet is fantastic. It includes both western and local favorites like hoppers and string hoppers. the restaurant also serves a range of international dishes and local drinks. i found several delicious options and the food was always fresh.

the hotel is conveniently located near offices, shopping malls, and victoria park. it is easy to walk to various attractions and access public transportation. there are many restaurants and cafes located nearby, easily accessible on foot!

delicious food city view spacious room
The breakfast buffet offered many choices and delicious food. The rooftop bar had a lovely city view especially at night. The rooms are spacious and very clean.
The hotel hallways had a slightly noticeable musty smell sometimes.

large windows helpful staff slow process limited equipment
the room had large windows it offered good views. the rooftop pool was clean and well-kept i enjoyed my time there.
the check-in process was slow i waited for about thirty minutes. the gym was small it had limited equipment available.

omelet station real bacon poor coffee late cafe
the room was a standard king room and it was good. breakfast included an omelet station, and it had real bacon (or chicken bacon, anyway).
i had to wait for coffee for 40 minutes, it was not good. the cafe on 7 did not open until 10 am (i needed caffeine earlier).
