lengthy process substandard cleanliness

the location was acceptable , providing convenient access to nearby areas.

check-in was problematic , a lengthy process and the initial room assigned was not what i booked. the room cleanliness was substandard , i observed sand on the floor and insects present. the food lacked variety , i noticed the buffet remained largely unchanged .
