friendly staff strong wifi food options

the staff was very friendly. wifi was strong throughout the grounds, i appreciated that. i found food delicious with many options in the buffet. the hotel included some sri lankan culture.

air conditioning was a bit noisy in my room.

nice beachfront stay

prime location diverse selection attentive staff

I found the location excellent, as turtles frequently visit the beach. the main restaurant featured diverse options i enjoyed. the staff consistently showed kindness and attentiveness. The room cleaning team especially impressed me. chef rajitha bandara kindly helped with my gluten-free dietary needs. he prepared a delicious meat and seafood dinner on my last day.

the wi-fi speed in the room was inconsistent, slightly difficult to stream videos at times.

slow service paint smell

the staff was friendly and helpful at the pool bar, especially viraj and kumara.

the air conditioning did not work well in our room. the service was also slow. it took over an hour during the check in process. one room smelled like paint, and was not ready for nearly two hours.

the pool bar staff provided very good service. batman, viral, kmart, ruvindu, kanaka, and mendis were very helpful there. the location is also nice and the food delicious..

the gym equipment looks somewhat dated.

The rooms had an excellent size and were always clean. The staff was friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. I found the location great. I saw turtles near the beach, amazing.
