unprofessional stafffaulty phone
I found some issues. the professionalism of the staff was questionable! considering the price, it was not great. for instance, i ordered food by the pool and they tried to get me to pay extra because they messed up the bill. Not acceptable. also, the hot and cold water in the shower was a joke, impossible to control. plus, the phone in the room was out of service. What a disaster.

The buffet breakfast included a wide variety of fresh juices. the staff were very courteous. I thought they were helpful. rooms and bathrooms were large. They were well supplied.
I found the extra maintenance effort lacking in the rooms. the hot and cold water in the shower was difficult to control. the telephone in the room did not work. That was an issue.

i pre-booked to stay. i suffered a deafening game on the lawn with hysterical pa. i was woken at 6.30 am by a long and noisy sound check on the pa.
