unclear pricing price transparency
i found the buffet pricing unclear. prices seemed to vary, odd. i would have liked more transparency about the costs beforehand. even after eating, no one could show me a menu with buffet prices. this is regrettable for a hotel relying on tourism.

attentive service equipped gym convenient snack bar wonderful tours
i experienced attentive service from the staff throughout my visit. the hotel gym featured ample equipment for my workout needs. i found the on-site snack bar very convenient.
the room i was initially allocated had a slight musty smell.

my sea view room included complimentary upgrades and options for early or late checkouts. it had comfortable beds and adequate space for luggage... the room was generally quiet and conducive to restful sleep.

relaxing beachfront stay!
hotel cleanliness friendly staff easy access
I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel! my room was super clean, i must say, and it. The pool area was so relaxing, especially with the sun shining. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the restaurant, i felt so welcomed. the location of the hotel was great, it allowed easy access to the beach and nearby attractions!
The wi-fi was sometimes slow, difficult to stay connected. I feel a stronger, more reliable connection would enhance the overall experience. the tv in the room did not work properly, and this was a nuisance.

The restaurant offers a great selection of local and international dishes. I especially appreciated the fresh seafood options! the breakfast buffet had a wide array of choices and the food was delicious.

My room was well kept. It featured a comfortable bed and a spacious balcony overlooking the sea. The bathroom included a separate shower and a bathtub, really convenient.

Fantastic Family Holiday!
fresh food friendly staff attentive service
The food was fresh and tasty. The staff were great. Ms.Rosa cared for all the kids in the kid's club. My kids were very happy.
There was a small issue with the mirror, as it had visible stains.

The hotel has a fabulous beachfront location. I could see an ocean view from my room. Sunsets were amazing. It is very close to all the amenities.

a decent stay
traditional shows helpful housekeeper old bungalow loud ac
the team here does its best so my stay is enjoyable. our housekeeper made sure i had everything i needed. the entertainment team puts on some traditional shows.
the food quality isnt what i might expect. the beach bungalow needs a refurbishment. the ac sounded like a tank.
