mold in bathroommissing jacket
The night receptionist was not informed of my late check-in. I had sent a message, so that was frustrating. The room was not clean. There was mold in the bathroom joints. I forgot a jacket, and the hotel claimed they didn't find it. This seems suspicious to me.

the room offered fantastic views. the rooftop pool and bar were a highlight for me. i enjoyed the live music on the rooftop during happy hour. i found the staff very friendly and accommodating to all my needs.
i noticed some mould around the inside of the shower. i hope they address this issue soon.

Acceptable, but Some Issues

The room was an Executive Room and had a good space.
Breakfast was a let down. Staff did not understand simple questions and were only offering smoothies when asked about milk alternatives. The food selection were limited, and many plates were empty! I don't understand such poor service.
