The hotel provided an really good experience. the staff was very friendly and helpful . i found the web app useful. It greatly assisted in planning my day. the location is very convenient, near the train station.

the only thing i could mention is that the hotel is surrounded by other holiday properties.

Great Location and Good Breakfast

respectful staff many choices great location

The hotel is near the main train station. The Gornegratt railway is only three minutes away. Sunnega Blauherd station is a ten-minute walk from the hotel. The main road with shops and restaurants is just a couple of minutes away. I liked the heated pool and spa. Afternoon tea was included with my room. The staff were very courteous. The breakfast choices are many.

The staff displayed politeness and helpfulness throughout the stay. The check-in process was efficient, and staff are very responsive when I needed assistance with directions. Every team member always had a positive attitude.

the hotel's location was convenient. it was really close to the train station (only a few steps!).

i found the pillows to be a little too soft for my preference.
