the apartment was spacious. the kitchen was great. it had all the necessary equipment for cooking meals. i could even see the matterhorn from the balcony. that was pretty nice..

the key machine at the building was broken. it was quite inconvenient. also, i noticed hidden charges for things like extra towels.

I loved the spacious apartment. It was very clean! the balcony gave great views of the mountains. We enjoyed these so much. i found the kitchen well-equipped. It helped us save on dining out. the location was also convenient, a short walk to the train station and a supermarket.

The lift was not working upon check out. This made handling our luggage slightly challenging.

The tv remote DIDN'T work, and nobody bothered to replace it. also, the toaster only toasted one side of the bread. I mean, come ON. what is this, the stone age? it's a real inconvenience when you're trying to make a quick breakfast, seriously.
