this hotel has great facilities the rooms were wonderful i enjoyed a winter view from my balcony the room had an adjoining shower and toilet the restaurant provided great breakfast and dinner. the bar offered great service i particularly enjoyed the indoor pool and the outdoor spa as snow fell staff were excellent and helpful they picked me up from the rail station on request. i would repeat the experience without hesitation

the room decor suited the style of the area. the breakfast and spa were both excellent. the hotel location proved to be very convenient for all activities. the short walk to the train station was a plus and i really appreciated the quiet surroundings due to the hotel's proximity to the river.
i found the gym equipment to be limited. there were only a couple of treadmills. i would have liked to see more variety in the fitness equipment available.

The Alpine Chic Room was spacious and well-kept. It offered a view I'll always remember. Breakfast included fresh fruits, meats, and cheeses. The quality was superb. The staff was helpful and kind, ensuring every need was met promptly. I particularly loved the outdoor spa. It was a serene experience with the snow falling gently around me.
The bar area got crowded, and finding seating was a bit difficult sometimes, but understandable, given the hotel's popularity.
