Riffelalp Resort 2222M is 5 km from Zermatt and 80 km from Sion. The resort is ski-in, ski-out. The resort is 20 minutes from Zermatt via trains running until 11.30pm, and 20 minutes from Gornergrat via train. Winter hiking paths lead to historic hamlets. The resort is near Riffelsee (2 km), the Parish Church of St. Mauritius (2 km), The Matterhorn (4 km), Matterhorn Museum (2 km), Kapelle Blatten (1.5 km), St Peter's English Church (2 km), Walk of Climb (2 km), and Photopoint Kirchbrucke bridge (2 km).
