limited breakfast selection inconvenient location

The room lacked essential amenities. I even had to request a kettle. the breakfast selection was limited (especially hot beverages) with the same scrambled eggs and bacon served every day. its location, about 10 minutes from downtown, proved troublesome on ski days since i had to walk with my gear to catch a bus.

The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting with all requests. i appreciated the hotel's shuttle service, always punctual. my room included a balcony with an amazing view of the matterhorn. This.

the room lacked modern amenities, such as usb charging ports. i would have appreciated having these for my electronic devices.
