Le Mirabeau Resort & Spa provides 61 rooms, with 19 located in the Alpine Residence, connected via an underground tunnel. Accommodations range from single rooms with French beds and north-east facing balconies to Alpine Junior Suites designed with local materials such as fir and larch wood, featuring open bathrooms with rain showers and separate lavatories. Family Suites offer Matterhorn views, connecting bedrooms, dining tables, and flat-screen TVs. The Luxury Suite includes a King Size bed, a walk-in closet, a Jacuzzi, and a fireplace. The Alpine Loft Suite features an open bathroom with a Jacuzzi, a raindance shower, double sinks, and a balcony with Matterhorn views. Select rooms offer balconies with views of the Mischabel or Rothorn mountains. All rooms include coffee and tea facilities, minibars, flat-screen televisions, bathrobes, slippers, hairdryers, and Pure Altitude toiletries. Ski storage is available.
Dining Options
The resort features three restaurants. L'Epicure serves French cuisine with alpine touches, offering dishes such as 'Lobster linguine served on a Cognac refined lobster bisque sauce and flakes of Bottarga', accompanied by wine selections. Restaurant Veranda, located in the winter garden, offers a daily breakfast buffet and a tasting menu in the evening, as well as a weekly Valaisan evening with raclette. Marie's Deli provides homemade delicatessen, comfort food such as bone broth with bone marrow dumplings, and French delicacies, plus catering and delivery services. The Bar offers cakes, hot chocolate, and Ronnefeld tea. In-room dining is available via Marie's Deli menu.
Leisure and Spa
The Alpine Hideaway Spa includes a mountain herb-scented sauna, mountain crystal steam bath, Valaisan wood sauna, glacier shower, and relaxation waterbeds, along with a swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Summer features a garden for sunbathing. Treatments use Pure Altitude products. The Crystal Gym, located in the Mirabeau Etoile building, has Techno Gym equipment for cardio and strength training, open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Location & Access
Le Mirabeau Resort & Spa is 400 meters from Zermatt and 80 km from Sion. The hotel is near the train station and Gornergrat station. Chalet Antoine is located in the heart of Zermatt, a few minutes' walk from the main train station and the mountain railway stations Gornergrat and Sunnegga. Parking is available in Täsch, with transfers to the hotel.
