the hotel location was very convenient. i could access the slopes easily. the ski room was close to the slopes. the breakfast was really nice to start the day.
the spa access cost extra. i was not expecting to pay extra for that. the pillows was very thin. the room temperature was difficult to adjust, uncomfortable.

The ski-to-door access was definitely a highlight. I appreciated the convenience of on-site ski hire, even with its limited selection. A shuttle service to town made evenings out easy. The breakfast had a wide selection and offered amazing views.
The entrance from the mountain via the red run was not clearly marked, I almost missed the small opening in the fence.

the hotel offered ski-in and ski-out access directly from the ski lockers. these are located in the basement. the shuttle service provided convenient transportation to the town. the staff demonstrated friendliness and professionalism.
the spa access required an extra charge of 20 euros per person per night. this was payable directly at the spa. i found a limited selection and overpriced options in the dinner restaurant. there was a complicated wifi connection process.
