quick access high-quality coffee
The boot room offered quick access to the slopes, greatly reducing ski hassle. breakfast included high-quality coffee and perfectly prepared scrambled eggs, showcasing attention to detail. I really appreciated this. the staff proved helpful and cheerful. the spa offered welcome relaxation after skiing.
I found the minibar lacked basic amenities. there were no glasses or disposable cups available in the room. This was inconvenient.

Excellent Stay in Cervinia
perfect location great breakfast buffet friendly waiter nice spa
The location is perfect for accessing both the ski lifts and the town center. I found the breakfast buffet great. The staff were amazing. Ben, the waiter, offered great advice and was very friendly. I particularly appreciated the spa after skiing all day.
The minibar lacked glasses or cups, a minor inconvenience . I would have liked to enjoy a drink in my room without having to call for service.

convenient location ski storage old room flat pillows
the location was very convenient, just a short walk to the ski lifts. i also appreciated the ski storage available (it really helped keep the room uncluttered).
the room felt a little outdated, i noticed some stains on the walls. the pillows were also quite flat, a bit hard to get a good night's sleep.

The location offered easy access to the town and slopes , a definite plus.
I encountered issues with the heating in my room , it stayed stuck on full. The fridge also did not work , and this was quite disappointing.

perfect location ski lockers helpful staff matterhorn views
the location was perfect for accessing the slopes. the ski lockers made mornings very smooth. i found the staff always ready to help with any request. my room had amazing views of the matterhorn.

missing glasses toothpaste stains
The minibar was stocked with drinks, i suppose. Though there were no glasses available. the bathroom had this one black plastic cup for toothbrushes. it wasn't exactly clean and i noticed old toothpaste stains, good! this wasn't the hygienic experience i was looking for from a place charging what they charge.

extensive spa nice common area relaxing deck
The spa area is extensive. it includes a steam room and a pool. i found common areas quite nice. the deck was very nice. I made good use of it.
i noticed a light was not working in the main bedroom.
