The breakfast had AMAZING gluten free and dairy free options. The hotel offered MANY healthy choices. The location is great, since it is across the road from a shopping center. It is close to Bryggen plus many restaurants and cafes in the area.
The room was small with basic furniture. The desk was tiny and there was no clothes storage. Water flowed out from under the shower screen and the curtain against the toilet. Lifts were not working properly, WHAT a chaos when tour groups arrived.

i found the breakfast selection quite good. the location worked well because it was close to public transport and a shopping center. the staff at the bar were really attentive, i appreciated that. there was good beer and wine available and inexpensive bar food (the burgers were tasty).
the hotel seemed quite busy, the restaurant was sometimes crowded.

this hotel is near the main bus and tram station. it allowed for easy access from the airport, a plus for those with mobility issues. a major shopping center is just across the road from the hotel. the train station is a short walk away.

the breakfast offerings had a vast selection. i found many options for every taste and dietary need. the staff in the restaurant were attentive (i especially liked the fresh pastries). it was a busy restaurant, but they managed it well.

there are football screens in the bar. i could watch euro games while relaxing with a drink. the hotel also offers options for making packed lunches. this is useful for day trips.

Unfortunately, no shuttle service is provided. However, the Bergen Light Rail offers a direct route from the airport and stops just across from the hotel, taking approximately 40 minutes. Does the twin room feature two separate single beds for my son and me?
