I found the staff were very attentive and listened to my request about the room. The staff helped with any additional requests . The hotel offered a very central location, quite nice, and the breakfast I ate was good.

The breakfast buffet included a wide array of options. I especially appreciated the selection of fresh fruit and pastries. its central location was excellent. The hotel is near major attractions. it was great to easily access restaurants.
My room lacked adequate space to fully open my luggage which was inconvenient. there also wasn't a seating area. This made relaxing in the room less comfortable.

The room was shockingly small. I could barely turn around. the air conditioning barely worked. It was like a sauna in there. they put a fan in the room, but the only outlet was by the bed. so thoughtful.

The hotel's location was indeed central. It was very close to the train station (a short walk). I found the breakfast to be quite good, and it featured a selection of hot items alongside a continental spread. The staff was helpful when I asked for directions to a good restaurant for local cuisine.

I appreciated the room's modern design and the amount of space (there was room to place luggage). The bathroom was large and included a shower. I also liked the soft towels provided.

The hotel offered a daily breakfast that was well-stocked. Free umbrellas were available at the reception, quite useful, given the local weather patterns. The staff was also friendly and accommodating (always a plus!).

The room lacked proper ventilation, a serious issue. The windows did not open. Centralized climate control proved ineffective. The room became uncomfortably warm, and staff offered no viable solution to address this.

the hotel staff was helpful. they immediately changed our tiny room upon request. we got a slightly bigger room, and i found it modern and clean. i appreciated the nice bathroom toiletries too.
