The breakfast selection was AMAZING!!! I enjoyed smoothies, chai pots, pancakes, and perfectly cooked porridge. Hot options suited all tastes. Dinner was buffet-style. I enjoyed a soup starter and fish pie, as well as sides like lentils and baked potatoes. Salads were fresh, and fermented foods added a nice touch.
The lift was slightly temperamental, which caused minor delays. Otherwise, my stay was perfect.

The staff were dedicated and passionate. They were always smiling and checking if guests needed anything during breakfast, fika, and evening dinner. The staff are always eager to help guests.

The hotel's location is PERFECT. A supermarket is next door. It is close to restaurants and the waterfront, which allows easy access to various attractions. Bus stops are across the road, which makes transportation convenient.

helpful staff city guidance delicious food
mia at the front desk was helpful. she gave us great guidance for exploring the city. the hotel offered a buffet breakfast and light dinner (the light dinner included breads, salads, soup, and a main course).
the fitness area was quite limited.

The complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby were available at all times. I appreciated having access to the tower for city views. The room had comfortable bedding. The hotel included breakfast, afternoon snack, and dinner in the price.
The bathroom door was an opaque glass, light from there disturbed my sleep.

underwhelming stay despite initial promise
non-existent airconditioning mandatory meals
I found some issues that detracted from the experience. the non-existent air conditioning was a significant problem. The room felt stuffy and uncomfortable (i really suffered those nights). i also disliked the mandatory inclusion of breakfast, dinner and "fika". i wanted to explore the city and dine elsewhere, so i paid for meals i didn't consume. it would be better to offer these as optional add-ons.
