the breakfast was fantastic (i loved the variety!). i really enjoyed the cleanliness of my room. they also supplied great bathrobes for all the family! the hotel restaurant offered a lovely ambience.

The pool was unfortunately very cold. using the sauna required an extra charge. I think it should be included in the initial hotel price. (it's a bit annoying to pay extra for it).

The breakfast had many options. It was a highlight.

The room was not clean. There were dirty windows and a dirty floor on the balcony. i think they deliberately mislead guests about the minibar. It was just an empty refrigerator, not stocked as a minibar should be.

outdated roommiscommunication error

i found the room a bit outdated, disappointing. a bigger issue arose with the wellness area staff. i booked a massage for an evening appointment, but the staff member, whose english wasn't very strong, scheduled it for 7:10 in the morning. of course, i was at breakfast then. i ended up charged half the price for the missed massage and the full price for another one they booked that evening. i feel this was unfair because the error came from miscommunication.
