superb stay close to everything!

warm welcome helpful assistance friendly team easy access
the reception staff provided a warm welcome and offered helpful assistance. the bar and breakfast team were very friendly and professional. the hotel location is convenient with easy access to attractions. i enjoyed the spa facilities .
the minibar drinks were a bit too expensive.

mixed feelings about the stay

helpful front of house ladies unacceptable cleaning service
the front of house ladies were amazing, they are so helpful.
the cleaning service are unacceptable given this is a five-star hotel, it's not properly clean. elevators were constantly out of order, cleaning stuff laughed ironically when we explained what was going on, it's very annoying.

Fantastic City Stay!

The room had great amenities including a minibar with complimentary drinks. The spa offered a relaxing pool and sauna. I especially enjoyed the plentiful options at breakfast. The location was excellent, and I found it easy to walk to many attractions (it really enhanced my visit).
The gym had limited equipment with only a few treadmills. It was difficult to do a full workout.

The breakfast buffet was extensive with many choices including fresh pastries. Hot dishes were replenished regularly, and there were pancakes (especially good!). The staff maintained clean tables.

professional staff relaxing spa
The staff were very kind and professional. The room was comfortable and the spa offered relaxation (it was especially soothing after a long day). I appreciate the hotel's commitment to. The location allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
