daily room service excellent location dim lighting basic shower

the room service was daily and quite good. rooms are very clean and include everything necessary for a stay. breakfast was good, so i did not require anything extra. the hotel is very well located.

I found no mirrors in the room. This was quite inconvenient. the lighting was also slightly dim. i found the shower room basic. there was excellent heating in the room, though.

Excellent location with helpful staff

The hotel is centrally located. It's a short walk to transportation hubs and popular attractions. The staff was helpful, and I appreciated the option to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out. The room provided ample space for storage, convenient (no need to live out of my suitcase!). I also appreciated the comfortable couch seats and workstation in the room.

The breakfast selection was acceptable, but some items ran out before the end of the breakfast service. It would be good to ensure consistent availability.

The reception staff was friendly and provided assistance with luggage storage, showing attentiveness to guest needs. the congrats note awaiting for us to celebrate our anniversary was a very nice gesture. They addressed queries efficiently and made the check-in and out process smooth.

The breakfast buffet included a wide selection, the dishes were tasty and fresh (i especially liked the selection of local breads). The breakfast area was clean and well-kept, and the staff kept the buffet well-stocked.

The hotel features modern, artistic interiors and the place itself felt super clean. Public areas are well kept, contributing positively to the experience, besides my room felt very clean. There is also a garage across the street, very convenient if you drive.

The hotel is situated in a central spot near the city center. I found a garage right across the street which was convenient. The staff provided excellent service. I Also enjoyed a plentiful breakfast with a good variety of options.

I noticed that some areas could use a touch more attentiveness when it comes to cleaning, like corridor carpets.

Staff members were always available at the front desk and assisted with directions. Housekeeping maintained the room daily. They provided fresh towels. The reception area offered luggage storage before check-in and after checkout for added convenience.

The hotel's situation allowed easy access to many attractions. Multiple restaurants and shops were within a short walking distance. Public transportation options like trams and buses were nearby , made exploring the area very easy.

my room was clean and it was large. we had nice view of the street. the hotel let dogs come and stay. i liked that the dogs could come to the pub.

the breakfast was modest. the design of the hotel and the room is poor. its like a cheap student hostel. the bathroom door lock is from the outside. why that?

the location is indeed perfect. everything felt so close. the breakfast too had a certain charm. i found its variety appealing.

the room, sadly, felt unbearably warm. i wished for working air conditioning. the pillows, too, felt rather uncomfortable. the hotel was dark themed.
